2024 has started with a bang and we have been very busy trying to keep up with the workload. We are excited to share some of the impactful projects we have been involved in over the past few months.
One of our key roles has been as a Development Management consultant for a not-for-profit organisation, where we have been instrumental in preparing and submitting funding applications for vital housing projects. This work has allowed us to contribute to the development of much-needed housing solutions for communities in need.
Additionally, we have had the privilege of contracting with a Tier 1 Community Housing Provider, Regional Housing Limited, where we have taken on a comprehensive role overseeing multi-unit designs, planning, feasibility assessments, grant submissions, and project delivery. This partnership has enabled us to make significant strides in the housing sector, furthering our commitment to creating sustainable and inclusive communities.
Furthermore, we were engaged on behalf of Lions Club Australia, another not-for-profit, to prepare and receive an Impact Assessable approval. This project was particularly meaningful as it allowed us to support the important work of a renowned service organisation and contribute to the enhancement of their community facilities.
In addition to our work in the housing sector, we have been working with several clients to provide town planning and feasibility studies for a variety of Material Change of Use application. This work has allowed us to apply our expertise in town planning and development to help our clients navigate complex regulatory processes and achieve their project goals.
