Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Town Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in urban and regional planning and a passion for contributing to the growth and development of communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies for development projects.
  • Prepare and submit development applications and planning reports.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including local government, clients, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal planning regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on land use, zoning, and environmental impacts.
  • Participate in public meetings and consultations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in town planning or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of planning legislation and policies in Queensland.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in planning software and GIS systems.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive our diverse range of development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Able to tender and identify work.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage project resources and subcontractors efficiently.
